2. Information We Do NOT Collect
2.1 Your CSV Data
- We never access, read, store, or transmit your CSV file contents to our servers
- Your CSV data flows directly from your Mac to Google's servers
- We act only as a technical conduit for this direct transmission
2.2 Personal Information
- We do not collect your name, email, or personal information
- We do not track your usage patterns or behavior
- We do not use analytics or tracking services
- We do not create user profiles or accounts
2.3 File Metadata
- We do not store CSV file names, sizes, or modification dates
- We do not maintain logs of your file processing activity
- We do not keep records of which files you've converted
Key Point: CSVtoSheets is designed to be a privacy-first application. Your data never touches our servers - it goes directly from your Mac to Google.
3. Information We Do Handle (But Don't Store)
3.1 Google Authentication Tokens
- What: OAuth 2.0 tokens that allow the App to create Google Sheets on your behalf
- Where Stored: Securely in your Mac's Keychain (Apple's secure storage system)
- Our Access: We cannot access these tokens; they're encrypted by macOS
- Purpose: Enable automated Google Sheets creation without repeated logins
3.2 Purchase Information (LemonSqueezy)
- Payment Processing: All purchases are handled by LemonSqueezy, not by us
- What LemonSqueezy Collects: Your name, email, billing address, payment details, and purchase history
- What We Receive: Basic purchase confirmation and your email for license delivery
- What We Don't Receive: Credit card details, full billing information, or other sensitive payment data
- LemonSqueezy's Responsibility: LemonSqueezy is responsible for the security and privacy of your payment information
3.3 Temporary Processing Data
- CSV files are temporarily loaded into memory for Google API transmission
- This data is immediately discarded after successful upload
- No temporary files are created on disk
- No data persists after the conversion process completes
4. Data Flow and Third-Party Services
4.1 How Your Data Moves
Your CSV File → Mac Memory (temporary) → Google Servers → Google Sheets

4.2 Google's Data Handling
Once your CSV data reaches Google:
- Google's Privacy Policy governs all data handling
- Google may store, process, and analyze your data per their policies
- We have no control over Google's data practices
- We are not responsible for Google's privacy practices

- Google Sheets API: For creating spreadsheets (your data goes directly to Google)
- No other third-party services collect or process your data through our App

5.1 Our Security Measures
- All communication with Google uses HTTPS encryption
- OAuth tokens are stored in Mac Keychain with system-level encryption
- No user data is transmitted to our servers
- No local data storage or caching

- Keep your macOS system updated for security patches

6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

- You can revoke the App's access through Google account settings
- Uninstalling the App removes OAuth tokens from your Keychain
- You can re-authenticate at any time
